FAIRMONT PARK MISSION STATEMENT
To preserve, support and improve the physical and economic health of our neighborhood by enhancing safety and security, providing a helping hand and working with City and County officials to achieve these objectives. The Fairmont Park Neighborhood Association, Est.2000, is a non-profit, incorporated organization dedicated to improving not only the lives of its residences but the overall health of the entire neighborhood. The Association is dedicated to working with representatives from the City of Des Moines as well as Polk County to maintain and improve the welfare of all of the neighbors living within its boundaries.
Fairmont Park boundaries start at E Euclid, south on Delaware to Easton Blvd, East to Hubbell, North to E 33rdst, and West on Euclid to Delaware. Within those boundaries we have nearly five thousand residents, two grade schools, (Garton, Phillips) and one middle school (Goodrell).
The Association boundaries also has 30 plus businesses that we are blessed to have. We have had success in returning Hubbell Ave. back to four lanes. We are working to increase our membership, and learn from them what further needs to be done.
Each year we raise money through grants and selling our discount cards to help our Neighborhood Schools, Little League Baseball, Police Department, and more.
That is why we are asking you to participate in our Fairmont Park Neighborhood Association. You are invited to attend and be part of this Fairmont Park Neighborhood Association. You can help make this an even better neighborhood to live in.

The Association meets once a month on the 2nd Tuesday at The Capitol Hill Christian Church at 3322 E 25th Street. Meetings start at 6:00 pm.
Dues are $5.00 for a Single Membership – $10.00 for Family Membership $25.00 for a business. Memberships are due 1st of June annually.
